Bit Wave was born on 4th July 1995 in Bologna, thanks to a dream shared by ALESSANDRO BOSCHI, MASSIMO GIORGINI and SILVIA NERI.

1994 The project of the new society is worked out by taking part in the "Graduated entrepreneur" Master, organized by PROFINGEST (Bologna).

1995 SIt is the beginning of Bit Wave's activity with the offer of the first services: siti web execution and informatics courses

1996 We create It-Schools, the site dedicated to the Italian schools for foreigners in Italy.

1997-2001 In these years the range of collaborations and services offered by Bit Wave gradually develops. It-Schools keeps growing and developing and becomes consolidate as a reference point for the Italian schools that wish to make themselves known through Internet. The multimedia CD ROM realization becomes an important sector of our activity.In this field we have a meaningful collaboration with ART Publishing Services in Bologna. In fact, we participate in planning and creating the CD ROM which are distributed with the daily La Repubblica (Professione Internet 1998, Tutto Internet No Problem 1999). Another field in which we are particularly active is the didactics. We work as informatics teachers for public and private institutions (Cescot, Europa Inform, Sinnea International) and we take part in several training projects obtaining very good results and we even acquire a remarkable experience.

During these four years we have reached many gratifying targets thanks to the work, to the abilities and to the ideas of many people who have been collaborating with Bit Wave.

STEFANO VERNA, with whom we shared the realization of the on line Italian course "Italian for Travellers" and the participation in numerous training projects.

DANIELE VALENTINI, an D.O.C. programmer, who has been incomparable in the realization of interactive programmes (Java, Perl, C++).

LICIO FERRARI, a professional in the realization of CD ROM and interactive sites.

STEFANO BIANCONI, who has brought a wave of enthusiasm and his competence as an advertising graphic designer in Bit Wave.

ALESSANDRA GERI, a graphic and web designer characterized by refinement and elegance

2002-2010 These are the years of Bit Wave's consolidation. The atmosphere in Bit Wave is made of collaboration and friendship that have improved the quality of our life in the working field and has allowed us to reach very good results. IT-Schools has grown up further with the inclusion of new Italian schools and with the opening of new sections dedicated to art schools and cooking schools and to the touristic and cultural information about Italian regions and towns. A new boost has been given to the creation of web sites, realized for our customers according to the W3C standards with XHTML and CSS (Style Sheets).
