Recently the static web sites, simply built with HTML pages, have been widely revalued thanks to their efficacy regarding the positioning on web search engines.

Still today most part of the Web sites are realized using some html tricks that control the presentation (graphics and text) but that make the Web pages heavy and slow down their display speed.

In Bit Wave, we chose a design that distinguishes the presentation from the content's structure and that makes use of the standard languages fixed by W3C and Style Sheets (CSS: Cascading Style Sheet).

By this way, the web pages structure and content (titles, paragraphs, links, lists) are settled by HTML and XHTML languages, while the visual aspect of your HTML web page are settles by using style sheets.

For that it regards websites design, using style sheets we are able to realize light web pages, leaving a wide space to the expression of creativity. So we have the possibility to find the design project more suitable to our customers requirements, without slowing down the web site visualization. Our research in graphic design is wide: it goes from the layout design typical of most of the current web sites to a pictorial style inspired to the italian art tradition.

We think that a web site has to have a pleasant look, but also web site usability is very important, so that the navigation is easy and fast. For this reason, planning a web site, we take care in a special way about both these aspects.

Besides the advantages already listed in the previous page, the static web sites so realized are easier manageable for the positioning on search engines, and increase their visibility on Internet.
