Privacy information according to Art. 13, LEGISLATIVE DECREE 30.06.2003, N. 196

Bit Wave wants to protect the privacy of the people who use its site and guarantee the utmost secrecy of the personal data provided by its visitors.

PURPOSES

Data are collected as from the visitors of the site decide to fill in one of the forms provided for the inquiry and then they decide to send it back to us. These data are used to provide all the required information and to send all the communications which can satisfy the visitors'inquiries.

- can be communicated only to the following categories of subjects: the General Post Office, as an institution, or other mail delivery societies.

RIGHTS OF THE PEOPLE INTERESTED

According to law (art. 7), besides the information reported here, every visitor has got the right to: have the confirmation, in an intelligible and free way, of the existence or not of his/her data with us; obtain updating, correction or integration of the data or their block/cancellation because of lawbreaking or because of ceased necessity of registration; oppose against the treatment because of legitimate reasons or oppose against the treatment with the purpose of sending advertising material, direct sale, market researches, commercial communications.

The holder of the treatment is the BIT WAVE company s.n.c., with seat in Saffi Street, n. 1, in Bologna.
