Bit Wave is a firm made, above all,by people and their intelligences; it is a firm characterized by a group of friends who have chosen to work together by respecting and enhancing everybody's pecularities.

So a main point of our philosophy is to start everything from ourselves, from our own potential, always bearing in mind the context in which we are operating and also the fundamental principle of interdependence among the different parts that form a system.

This makes a "true team work" become possible, in a human atmosphere of cooperation and passion for what we are creating.

The permanent education and training and the constant updating which are made inside the firm are very important.
They are carried out benefitting from both the professional abilities and the experience of the founder-members themselves and from that of the most experienced collaborators.
In particular, we take care of the use of time and so the distribution of the working hours is made as much as possible in harmony with the particular exigences of every member of our staff.
